Masjid-E-Khazra

Masjid-E-Khazra was established in 1977 to meet the religious and spiritual needs of the Muslim community in Glasgow and surrounding localities.
Since opening its doors in the 1970s we progressively outgrew ourselves from 69 Albert Road through to Butterbiggins Road in 1988. Masjid-e-Khazra has steadily become one of the largest and busiest Mosques over the years. It has become a focal point for the Muslim community of Glasgow and surrounding areas. The Mosque has resolutely established itself as a principal Mosque for worship, funerals, marriages, events, lectures, meetings, community and religious educational purposes, we welcome thousands of worshippers and students each week.
