Jamia Masjid Abu Bakr is the central and largest mosque in Rotherham, located just a stone’s throw from the town centre in the diverse and culturally rich Eastwood area. It serves as a place of worship for many Muslims who live and work in Rotherham and regularly welcomes visitors from local schools, colleges, educational institutions, and community/faith groups from both Rotherham and surrounding areas.

Our mission is to provide lifelong learning and development opportunities while addressing the social and spiritual needs of Muslims. We aim to empower our community to contribute positively to the diverse society we live in today.
