In March of 2007, under the name ‘Islamic Society of Bosniaks in Utah (ISBU),’ our mosque, named, Maryam, was registered in Salt Lake City with the hopes of preserving and strengthening not only the Islamic religion, but also the identities of Bosnians in America.
